Job Requirements
- At least two years of post-secondary education preferred
- one to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment preferred
- excellent communication skills
- fluent in English, written and verbal
- additional language an asset
- ability to use variety of software
- ability to push, pull, carry, and lift 50lbs
- valid work authorization for the U.S.

Job Duties
- Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- accommodates special requests
- resolves resident complaints
- assists residents with inquiries related to residence, hotel and resort services and events
- processes and manages packages, faxes, messages, and mail
- coordinates vehicle retrieval with valet parking staff
- manages building and unit access for vendors, contractors and service providers
- keeps collateral and information on local vendors and attractions updated
- maintains and updates homeowner profiles
- utilizes software programs for special arrangements and billing
- monitors fire alarm panel and responds to emergencies
- coordinates elevator bookings for move-in/move-out periods
- ensures cleanliness and tidiness of Residential Lobby
- assists Resident Service Attendants during absences or busy periods
- collaborates with hotel and resort teams to handle deliveries, reservations and special requests
- complies with all Four Seasons policies and procedures
