Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year related work experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information and special arrangements
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers
- Follow up on special requests to ensure satisfaction
- Gather and provide information about property and surrounding amenities
- Announce and authorize visitors and update the key track system
- Answer and process calls, messages, and requests
- Coordinate with departments to resolve issues
- Assist with owner reservation services and elevator scheduling
- Support Bell and Valet services for owners
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Report incidents and unsafe conditions to manager
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
- Welcome and assist Residence owners and guests
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships with team members
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform additional job duties as assigned
- Adhere to Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
