Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners requests regarding visitor information, procedures or special services such as transportation, reservations, laundry by completing procedures or identifying appropriate vendors
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests with special needs and verify satisfaction
- Collect, summarize and provide information to Residence owners and guests about the property and surrounding area including events and special activities
- Announce all visitors, contractors etc to Residence owners before allowing them access and permit access only to authorized visitors while implementing key tracking system
- Respond, log and process all calls, messages, requests, inquiries or concerns
- Contact appropriate person or department such as engineering, bell services, housekeeping to resolve calls, requests or issues as needed
- Assist with Residence owners reservation services and coordinate elevator use for arrivals and departures
- Assist bell services and valet when Residence owners request their vehicles
- Perform lobby ambassador duties by greeting and recognizing Residence owners and guests, anticipating service needs and assisting persons with disabilities
- Review shift logs and daily memos and document pertinent information in log books
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
- Cultivate positive work relationships and support team goals while responding appropriately to employee concerns
