Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods during the shift
  • Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners requests regarding visitor information, procedures or special services such as transportation, reservations, laundry by completing procedures or identifying appropriate vendors
  • Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests with special needs and verify satisfaction
  • Collect, summarize and provide information to Residence owners and guests about the property and surrounding area including events and special activities
  • Announce all visitors, contractors etc to Residence owners before allowing them access and permit access only to authorized visitors while implementing key tracking system
  • Respond, log and process all calls, messages, requests, inquiries or concerns
  • Contact appropriate person or department such as engineering, bell services, housekeeping to resolve calls, requests or issues as needed
  • Assist with Residence owners reservation services and coordinate elevator use for arrivals and departures
  • Assist bell services and valet when Residence owners request their vehicles
  • Perform lobby ambassador duties by greeting and recognizing Residence owners and guests, anticipating service needs and assisting persons with disabilities
  • Review shift logs and daily memos and document pertinent information in log books
  • Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Cultivate positive work relationships and support team goals while responding appropriately to employee concerns
  • Adhere to highest service standards of Ritz-Carlton
