Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • supervisory background
  • ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • willingness to work overtime as required

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience in Rooms or Food and Beverage
  • supervisory experience
  • strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • experience in recruiting and staff training
  • proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
  • ability to manage financial data

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
  • proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure smooth daily operations
  • recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while fostering their ongoing development
  • maintain clear and effective communication with all colleagues and guests
  • manage financial information and data to support hotel operations
  • utilize Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting functions
  • uphold professional appearance and grooming standards
  • provide friendly and service-focused interactions to enhance guest and team experiences
