Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience
- supervisory background
- ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- willingness to work overtime as required

Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure smooth daily operations
- recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while fostering their ongoing development
- maintain clear and effective communication with all colleagues and guests
- manage financial information and data to support hotel operations
- utilize Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting functions
- uphold professional appearance and grooming standards
- provide friendly and service-focused interactions to enhance guest and team experiences
