- possess a valid passport
- high school diploma or ged required
- live within 2-3 hour commuting distance of o'hare international airport
- availability for flexible, on-call schedule including nights, days, and weekends

Job Duties
- cover flights at short notice due to scheduling changes or crew needs
- perform all standard safety and service duties on flights
- ensure a safe and comfortable journey for passengers
- respond flexibly to varying schedules including day, night, weekend shifts
- participate in and complete an 8.5-week paid training program
- maintain readiness to report for duty within a 2-3 hour commuting distance of O'Hare International Airport
- provide excellent customer service and support during flights
