Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or six months to one year related experience or equivalent combination
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Ability to demonstrate guest driven service with upbeat and friendly urgency
  • Ability to operate reservation software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and speak English effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Familiarity with reservation software such as Springer Miller is desirable
  • Experience in hotel, resort, or golf club related operations and sales is desirable
  • Ability to understand written and oral instructions
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing applications
  • Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a guest driven style of service with an upbeat friendly sense of urgency
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls with proper options to meet guest needs
  • Ensure accurate booking of all reservations including lodging, tee times, spa services, and dining
  • Operate multiple reservation and management software systems efficiently
  • Maintain detailed notes on all transactions and reservations
  • Arrange and confirm recreation, business, and dining activities inside and outside the resort
  • Assist guests with inquiries about packages, charges, and resort services
  • Upsell services appropriately to maximize revenue
  • Support the Front Desk as needed
  • Prepare and update reports as assigned by the Reservations Manager
  • Manage Fractional and Whole Ownership Booking Processes and tracking
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and incorporate safe work practices
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Flexibly take on new tasks as assigned within the scope of Reservations
