- strong typing skills

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent typing skills
- proficiency with customer interaction platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- ability to handle multiple computer screens and on-camera technology
- strong math and analytical skills
- self-motivated and organized
- ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- connect with customers through chat, text, and phone calls live in the moment or by scheduled appointment
- offer expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services
- showcase merchandise online by sharing detailed information about each item’s features and benefits
- provide information about extended service agreements and financing options
- contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce
- resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude
- conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele
