Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related industry
- 3-5 years of experience in a regional supervisor, account management, sales, or related position required
- Hospitality, retail, or restaurant management experience in a multi-location environment highly preferred
- Experience in client relations and customer service required
- Ability to influence without authority
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily to client sites or other locations using company vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack
- Ability to travel

Job Duties
- Support regional leadership in managing day-to-day operations across assigned sushi bar locations to ensure consistent quality, service excellence, and brand integrity
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc site visits to assess performance, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards, promptly addressing any areas of noncompliance
- Assist in ensuring all locations comply with local and state regulations, food safety and sanitation requirements, and company operating procedures
- Monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide feedback to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for process enhancement
- Deliver hands-on training, coaching, and operational support to store managers and team members to reinforce company standards, customer service protocols, and compliance requirements
- Partner with location managers to uphold company goals, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure consistent execution of operational objectives
- Build and maintain productive relationships with store partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaborative problem-solving
