- Valid Driver's License

Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of hospitality sales platforms preferred
- Ability to conduct thorough client research and stay updated on industry trends

- Effective presentation skills for senior management and clients
- Willingness to travel including overnight stays and client entertainment
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals of assigned market segments through proactive sales efforts
- Focus on achieving revenue goals via sales plans, client development, and networking
- Maintain accurate and timely sales records and client contact information
- Report weekly achievements against prospecting and sales goals
- Solicit and secure new business through outside sales calls
- Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and industry networking
- Conduct site inspections and client presentations
- Respond to inbound requests for proposals within 24 hours
- Apply client negotiation and closing tactics
- Differentiate from competitors and add value to customers
- Implement sales plans based on demand to maximize market share
- Ensure seamless client experience from sales to event management
- Travel to properties for key client site visits
- Visit properties at least once a month
- Work from corporate office monthly
- Achieve assigned goals and objectives
- Maximize time management and productivity
- Forecast revenue of assigned groups
- Develop and maintain open communication with all departments
- Establish positive client relationships
- Comply with accounting standards
- Confirm accurate revenue posting and billing
- Develop knowledge of company policies and procedures
