Job Requirements

  • Education level typically required is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of several years proven leadership experience preferably in multi-location operations
  • ability to travel approximately 10-15 nights per month including overnight stays
  • must pass pre-employment drug screening including non-psychoactive THC
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with operational technologies and tools
  • ability to manage and resolve complex employee and customer issues
  • strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • commitment to company values of integrity and professionalism

  • Proven leadership experience in managing and aligning high-performing teams
  • strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
  • ability to work independently while staying aligned with executive leadership
  • comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

  • willingness to travel regularly including overnight stays
  • experience in multi-unit or multi-location management preferred
  • background in automotive, RV, marine, or dealership fixed operations preferred
  • experience leading service, parts, or fixed operations teams preferred
  • success implementing SOPs and scalable operational systems preferred
  • strong understanding of customer service and employee training best practices preferred

Job Duties

  • Travel regularly between Bretz locations to support Parts, Service, and Facility operations
  • standardize and implement operational processes to drive consistency and scalability
  • partner with Operations Managers to train teams and support day-to-day execution
  • serve as a leadership resource and escalation point for complex customer and employee concerns
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations company-wide
  • champion company culture, values, and leadership principles in every location
  • support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts across stores
  • ensure facilities reflect Bretz standards and brand expectations
