Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to tolerate prolonged standing
- Ability to handle, move, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer service and team leadership
- Willingness to maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Capability to complete and maintain P and L statements
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for daily team briefings and operational oversight
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in creating and preserving strong client and customer connections
- Skillfulness in delivering outstanding customer service following Aramark's approved service methodology
- Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across departments
- Ability to tolerate prolonged standing
- Ability to handle, move, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
