- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of industry leadership experience in an Executive Chef role with multi-site responsibilities
- Proven leadership experience in a similar position, preferably in higher education or multi-facility settings
- Demonstrated career progression
- Strong communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of menu implementation and presentation techniques
- Polished client relation skills including experience engaging with organizational executive leadership
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor culinary teams across multiple locations
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction
- Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance at all sites
- Collaborate with General Managers and Client-Partners to align culinary programs with business goals
- Manage sales growth, profitability, and employee retention within the assigned region
- Drive change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and culinary standards
- Model and uphold Metz Culinary Management's corporate values and hospitality culture
