Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience within branded, full-service hotels or resorts
  • Minimum 3 years in a multi-property or corporate-level food and beverage leadership role
  • Demonstrated successful experience in restaurant and banquet operations
  • Proven capability in driving profitability, operational consistency, and increasing team engagement
  • Strong financial skills including budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and cost control measures
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, culinary development, and brand positioning
  • Proficiency in relevant brand systems and point of sale software
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible schedules
  • ServSafe Manager certification required
  • Compliance with alcohol service training (TIPS or equivalent)
  • Ability to ensure adherence to all brand F&B standards including menu design, service sequence, food safety, and sanitation protocols

  • Proven experience in both restaurant and banquet operations
  • Demonstrated success in driving profitability, operational consistency, and team engagement
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost controls
  • Deep knowledge of F&B trends, culinary development, and brand positioning
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in brand systems such as Hilton OnQ FMS, Marriott MARSHA, Micros/Simphony POS
  • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a portfolio-wide F&B strategy aligned with brand standards and company financial objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and coach property-level F&B Directors, Executive Chefs, and Banquet Managers to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency
  • Support openings, rebrands, and renovations by leading F&B concept development, menu design, and pre-opening training
  • Analyze food, beverage, and labor costs across properties to identify and implement efficiency opportunities
  • Conduct regular property visits to audit F&B operations, review P&L performance, and evaluate quality assurance
  • Establish and enforce SOPs, sanitation, HACCP, and safety compliance in all food and beverage venues
  • Partner with property GMs to enhance service culture, team engagement, and retention
  • Ensure all menu offerings, service sequences, and operational layouts meet or exceed brand and health department standards
  • Drive profitability through disciplined cost control, effective vendor management, and revenue-enhancing initiatives
  • Review and approve property-level budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies
  • Implement and monitor standardized recipes, purchasing procedures, and inventory controls
  • Work with procurement to negotiate and manage preferred vendor agreements and brand-specified suppliers
  • Maintain full compliance with brand audit requirements, including food safety, presentation, and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Champion a consistent guest experience through training, brand storytelling, and proactive service recovery practices
  • Leverage guest feedback, brand quality assurance results, and market trends to continuously improve performance
  • Develop and implement ongoing leadership and skill development programs for property F&B teams
  • Identify and mentor high-potential associates for future leadership roles
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation for property-level F&B leaders
