Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the us
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • full flexibility for variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holidays
  • willingness to work transcontinental flights

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to mentor and lead a team
  • valid passport and legal authorization to work in the US
  • at least 20 years old

Job Duties

  • supervise and mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • coordinate cabin activities during flights
  • manage in-flight service and retail sales
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve conflicts
  • uphold safety and regulatory compliance
  • ensure the delivery of "Seriously Nice" premium service
  • facilitate communication between crew and captain
