Job Duties

  • Staffing the lobby BKFJC reception desk
  • Greet clients and assess if they are going to the Criminal Justice side or the Community side
  • Work as a team with other BKFJC frontline and administrative staff
  • Enter names in the BKFJC database and provide appropriate stickers
  • Notify BKFJC frontline staff of arrival of clients and guests
  • Utilize language line when needed to assist communicating with client
  • Notify frontline staff when a client needs to be escorted upstairs
