Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient pc skills
  • ability to read, write, and speak english in an understandable manner
  • ability to operate switchboard
  • previous experience with multi-line system preferred
  • physical ability to walk, stand, talk, hear, and move freely throughout the facility

  • prior experience with multi-line phone systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist duties
  • provide clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator
  • assist with human resources tasks
  • manage accounts payable and receivable
  • support payroll processing
  • interact professionally with residents, families, and employees
  • operate multi-line phone systems
