Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Experience in the mortgage or financial industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with industry standards
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work in-person at Tempe Arizona office
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative receptionist or office support role mortgage or finance industry experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and polished appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail organization and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
- Experience with Encompass or similar LOS is a plus
- Bilingual English Spanish is a bonus but not required
- Reliable punctual and eager to contribute to a growing team
Job Duties
- Greet clients visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth
- Answer screen and route phone calls efficiently
- Manage and organize incoming outgoing mail email and packages
- Support loan officers closers and executive staff with document prep data entry and file organization
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor support as needed
- Help prepare meeting materials maintain calendars and assist with scheduling
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in all administrative duties
- Take initiative to improve workflow and keep the office organized and efficient
