Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with industry standards
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to work in-person at Tempe Arizona office

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative receptionist or office support role mortgage or finance industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and polished appearance and demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail organization and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
  • Experience with Encompass or similar LOS is a plus
  • Bilingual English Spanish is a bonus but not required
  • Reliable punctual and eager to contribute to a growing team

Job Duties

  • Greet clients visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer screen and route phone calls efficiently
  • Manage and organize incoming outgoing mail email and packages
  • Support loan officers closers and executive staff with document prep data entry and file organization
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor support as needed
  • Help prepare meeting materials maintain calendars and assist with scheduling
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in all administrative duties
  • Take initiative to improve workflow and keep the office organized and efficient
