Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 0 - 3 years of administrative experience in construction or similar environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and business procedures
- Ability to engage in prolonged periods of talking hearing walking standing and sitting
- Capability to use hands and fingers handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Typically possesses 0 - 3 years of administrative experience in similar type construction environment or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have an eye for detail
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication and follow through skills
- Works well under pressure and with deadlines
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational leadership communication planning and analytical skills required
- Ability to be friendly courteous tactful and maintain composure in dealing with customers and co-workers
- Working knowledge of business procedures office equipment and letter and report formats
Job Duties
- Responsible for a variety of administrative duties including photocopying documents plans and work orders printing filing and maintaining files
- Provides support to the billing department
- Responsible for managing a variety of documents creating writing reports letters and memos
- Responsible for coordinating and processing general administrative work
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Promotes safety among peers subordinates and supervisors
- Other duties as assigned
