Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass post offer employment testing (POETs)
Availability for per diem schedule
Strong organizational skills
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle busy reception environment
Basic computer proficiency
Professional and courteous demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Screen visitors and ensure security by verifying sign-ins and visitor passes
Provide coverage for the admissions coordinator during breaks and as needed
Connect and transfer calls to appropriate parties and perform paging
Notify admissions coordinator when tours are requested
Obtain wheelchairs for patients
Report unusual behavior in lobby or parking area
Notify nursing when patient gifts arrive
Manage outgoing and incoming mail including postmarking and distribution
Log all incoming job applications
