Job Duties
- Greet visitors directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
- Answer incoming telephone calls, forwarding or taking messages as appropriate
- Check voicemail and return calls
- Manage conference room calendar
- Create employee badges and ensure their delivery to the appropriate location
- Maintain safe and clean reception area
- Log incoming/outgoing mail and affix appropriate postage
- Process and sort interoffice mail and place it into appropriate mailboxes
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team to include data entry, scanning, and filing documents as necessary
- Embrace the agency's core values in the spirit in which the agency operates at work and in the community
- Contribute to the fulfillment of department and agency objectives and goals
- Comply with all department and agency policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
