Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. including typing courses
- experience as a receptionist in a public-facing role preferred
- proficiency with computer software
- knowledge of telephone etiquette and communication skills
- ability to pass post offer pre-employment testing including criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test, and health screen
- commitment to Eskaton's core values of inclusivity and community
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. including courses in typing
- experience as a receptionist with public contact desirable
- experience with PC and related software preferred
- knowledge of telephone etiquette
- understanding of interpersonal communication
- familiarity with typing formats for correspondence and documents
- experience with calendaring and filing
Job Duties
- Receive visitors and answer phones professionally
- ascertain visitor and caller needs and contact the proper individual
- perform clerical duties related to assigned projects
- manage calendaring and filing tasks
- maintain telephone etiquette and communication standards
- assist with correspondence and documentation formatting
- support administrative staff as needed
