Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PCC
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Good standing with Federal and State Government
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative support role preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in use of computer systems including Word, Excel, PCC
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Ability to make decisions using discretion and independent judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with security and telecommunication systems
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Maintain security and telecommunications system
  • Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Operate telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Work closely with the administrative team and handle additional duties as assigned
  • Handle coding and submitting bills and invoices to the accounts receivable department
