Job Duties
- Greet and register guests promptly through a friendly and efficient process
- Execute the check-out procedure for departing guests
- Resolve guest issues and complaints encountered during their stay
- Code electronic keys and assign rooms based on guest requirements
- Promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Provide guests with information about room locations and coordinate team assistance
- Distribute welcome packets including room keys, gifts, and tokens of appreciation
