Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Ability to type and use general office equipment
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Knowledgeable of computer systems
- Willingness to learn new methods and principles
