Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional conduct and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years in a receptionist or administrative role
  • High level of professional conduct
  • Ability to interact with and assist all levels of employees and visitors
  • Ability to work in a confidential nature
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • General analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working in commercial lines of insurance preferred

Job Duties

  • Phone coverage (screen and route calls)
  • Greet visitors and guests
  • Maintain conference room calendar and help manage seating charts for the office
  • Maintain the reception desk, closet and hallways - tidy and stocked
  • Receive, sort and distribute USPS Mail/FedEx/UPS/Courier deliveries
  • Assist with ground transportation for guests, when necessary
  • Perform ad hoc research and clerical projects, word processing/data entry
  • Assist in ordering supplies for the office
  • Maintain kitchen, cafe equipment and facility amenities
  • Ensure areas are stocked and labeled
  • Report inoperable office equipment
  • Maintain conference room supplies, prepare equipment, update calendars
  • Maintain accurate seating chart information, name tags, employee ID badges
  • Work closely with building management to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner
