Job Duties
- Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions
- Perform patient check-in at the time of visit and complete all necessary steps to ensure an efficient admitting process compliant with clinic and regulatory policies
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments according to office guidelines
- Obtain accurate patient and insurance information and collect copays and deductible amounts
