Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly polished, professional, and reliable with a strong sense of discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, client-facing demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure smooth communication flow
- Warmly greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors upon arrival
- Manage conference room scheduling, setup, and upkeep to ensure a professional environment
- Assist with office events, catering orders, and occasional errands such as flowers, lunches, gifts, etc.
- Support with expense reports and ad hoc projects as needed
- Provide backup support to the Office Services Coordinator
