Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly polished, professional, and reliable with a strong sense of discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, client-facing demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure smooth communication flow
  • Warmly greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors upon arrival
  • Manage conference room scheduling, setup, and upkeep to ensure a professional environment
  • Assist with office events, catering orders, and occasional errands such as flowers, lunches, gifts, etc.
  • Support with expense reports and ad hoc projects as needed
  • Provide backup support to the Office Services Coordinator
