Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years general office experience
  • Experience with MS Word
  • Good phone voice and demeanor
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Experience with MS Word
  • Good phone voice and demeanor
  • At least 6 or more months of experience as a front desk receptionist
  • Two or more years experience with MS Word and knowledge of MS Excel
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Spanish as an additional or second language

Job Duties

  • Answer the phones in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner
  • Greet vendors, customers, applicants, and direct them to the appropriate company personnel
  • Keep track of the whereabouts of key personnel and process their calls and messages
  • Open and distribute company mail and assist HR with filing and administrative duties
  • Perform certain HR, accounting, or bookkeeping functions
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
