  • Directs all incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Assists all visitors, staff, or applicants with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assists with clerical duties as required to maintain and to support seamless operations
  • Assists with processing of applicants, as needed
  • Maintains application log, files, and correspondence
  • Types general correspondence and reports
  • Handles the mail according to company policy
  • Performs monthly office supply inventory and orders office supplies as authorized by supervisor
  • Participates in professional growth and development
  • Participates in educational programs appropriate to functions
  • Demonstrates customer service attitude
  • Fulfills additional performance responsibilities as assigned and as necessary
