Job Duties
- Handles phone center and greets visitors
- Directs all incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Assists all visitors, staff, or applicants with professionalism and courtesy
- Assists with clerical duties as required to maintain and to support seamless operations
- Assists with processing of applicants, as needed
- Maintains application log, files, and correspondence
- Types general correspondence and reports
- Handles the mail according to company policy
- Performs monthly office supply inventory and orders office supplies as authorized by supervisor
- Participates in professional growth and development
- Participates in educational programs appropriate to functions
- Demonstrates customer service attitude
- Fulfills additional performance responsibilities as assigned and as necessary
