Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage
Basic understanding of retail sales and salon operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to learn and use salon management software

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
Have general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
Manage the flow of customers between check in and the service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
Answer phone calls professionally
Inform customers about various services
Update customer records with contact information
Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
Work a flexible schedule including peak times
Provide excellent customer service
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
