Job Requirements

  • General equivalency diploma (GED) or high school diploma

  • ability to utilize a multi-line telephone system and other office equipment

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to proper associates
  • greet visitors in a friendly, energetic, personable, and professional manner
  • ensure reception desk is manned and main phone line covered during business hours
  • coordinate with Executive Assistant for reception coverage including lunch, breaks, and days off
  • ensure appropriate lights are turned on upon arrival and off upon departure
  • unlock doors upon arrival and lock doors upon departure
  • maintain reception area supplies and keep area organized
  • assist with mail duties
  • reserve company vehicles and conference rooms upon request
  • assist accounting department with assigned duties
