Job Duties
- First point of contact at the Communities for our customers through telephone and in-person communications
- Graciously greeting community residents, visitors, family members addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office
- Positively interacting with all visitors, current, and prospective residents
- Professional and able to effectively communicate with senior residents
