Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
- record messages accurately
- assist with international and conference calls
- welcome clients and escort them to meeting areas
- monitor event management system for conference room activity
- identify key personnel and provide updates
- update visitor arrival and departure information
- transmit and monitor fax communications
- troubleshoot fax transmissions
- process car service requests and issue confirmations
- monitor taxi progress and dispatch vehicles
- follow daily reception coverage schedule
- perform other assigned duties
