Job Duties

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
  • record messages accurately
  • assist with international and conference calls
  • welcome clients and escort them to meeting areas
  • monitor event management system for conference room activity
  • identify key personnel and provide updates
  • update visitor arrival and departure information
  • transmit and monitor fax communications
  • troubleshoot fax transmissions
  • process car service requests and issue confirmations
  • monitor taxi progress and dispatch vehicles
  • follow daily reception coverage schedule
  • perform other assigned duties
