Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months customer service or reception experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to perform wrist/hand manipulation
- Clear communication skills including speech and hearing
- Familiarity with computer use and office equipment
- Completion of annual compliance training
- Ability to follow all regulatory compliance requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months customer service or reception experience
- Preferred credit union or financial experience
- Knowledge of credit union products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage in relationship building and provide service-oriented assistance
- Familiarity with compliance regulations such as BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP
Job Duties
- Greet members and visitors, making them feel welcome
- Update lobby tracker and route members to appropriate personnel
- Serve as ATM/ITM concierge and assist with e-services
- Monitor lobby wait times and communicate with members
- Maintain neatness of main lobby and ensure signage is displayed
- Assist members with debit card issuance, disputes and renewals
- Perform clerical duties including preparing member documents and handling mail
