Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum six months customer service or reception experience
- Experience in credit union or financial services preferred
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Good vision for computer and document review
- Clear speech and hearing for communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and anticipate member needs
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance
- Ability to operate computers, scanners, cash advance machines, and debit card imprinter
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months customer service or reception experience
- Knowledge of credit union products and services
- Ability to operate personal computer and office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to build relationships and anticipate member needs
Job Duties
- Greet members and make them feel welcome
- Introduce members to new products and services
- Guide members on ATM/ITM machines and e-services
- Provide backup clerical support for credit union staff
- Maintain and update lobby tracker
- Monitor lobby wait times and inform members
- Maintain cleanliness and signage in lobby area
- Assist members with safe deposit box access
- Answer general member account questions
- Assist with account services like check orders and stop payments
- Assist members with ATM/Debit card usage and enrollment
- Handle debit card printer and issue debit cards
- Verify and balance debit card inventory daily
- Assist with debit card disputes and smart card features
- Order supplies for Member Service Department
- Fill in for clerical duties as needed
- Prepare and distribute member documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing branch mail
- Ensure compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and MDD regulations
- Complete annual compliance training
- Perform other duties as assigned
