Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year related experience preferred
- Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional personal presentation
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to manage information effectively
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- High attention to detail
- Proven reliability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and use company system applications such as Systems2K
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift at least 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- Greets and directs visitors to the company
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
- Keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensure refreshments are available
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating, keeping customers area(s) clean and organized
- Any other duties as needed by management
