Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in receptionist or related administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work onsite in Albany, NY
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office coordination role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage visitor access using an electronic badging system
  • Provide general administrative support, including light data entry, routing mail/packages, and maintaining a tidy front desk
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings or events, including chairs, tables, and A/V equipment
  • Schedule and send meeting invitations using Outlook
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic administrative tasks e.g., tracking attendance, maintaining simple records
