Job Requirements
- Completion of four years of high school preferred
- proficiency in computer and typing skills
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- solid organizational abilities
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- successful completion of MOAB training within 120 days of hire
- compliance with dress code policy
- ability to handle visitation process including photo ID verification
- vaccination requirement for seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- good computer and typing skills
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- good organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- management of aggressive behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- adherence to dress code policy
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or exempt by signed statement
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and answer routine questions
- answer the phone and transfer callers appropriately
- maintain records and process paperwork assigned to the information desk
- stock supplies and provide guidance to volunteers
- handle visitation process from inception to completion ensuring all visitors have photo ID
- manage wayfinding and heavy phone traffic
- maintain calm composure when dialing codes
