Southcoast Health System, Inc. is a not-for-profit, community-based health system serving southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Established in 1996, it comprises three hospitals: Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, and Tobey Hospital in Wareham. These hospitals merged to form the Southcoast Hospitals Group, operating under a single license.
