Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Willingness to respond to emergency situations as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors entering the community
  • Answer questions and direct phone calls to proper residents and staff
  • Ensure visitors sign guest sheets
  • Sort, deliver and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
  • Perform basic office and clerical functions
  • Maintain visitor logs
  • Respond to resident emergencies by contacting appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
