Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or guest service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and phone systems
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 3pm to 7pm, and rotating Saturdays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
  • A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling and support rotating Saturday shifts
