Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum two years experience in an office setting
  • basic computer skills including Windows and Excel
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to sit, squat, bend, carry items, stand and walk for extended periods
  • compliance with federal and state COVID-19 vaccination mandates
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
  • answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services

  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
  • assist with special agency projects as needed
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
