Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum two years experience in an office setting
- basic computer skills including Windows and Excel
- ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to sit, squat, bend, carry items, stand and walk for extended periods
- compliance with federal and state COVID-19 vaccination mandates
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
- answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
- schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- assist with special agency projects as needed
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
