Job Requirements

  • One year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • TB screening participation required

Job Duties

  • Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Accommodate visitors promptly, courteously, and accurately
  • Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs
  • Take and distribute accurate messages
  • Greet visitors, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
  • Alert appropriate parties of visitor arrivals or direct visitors to offices
  • Respond to routine inquiries such as location, hours, and contact information
  • Book meeting rooms and manage schedules
  • Type, organize and distribute mail
  • Receive and send courier packages
