- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- TB screening participation required

Job Duties
- Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Accommodate visitors promptly, courteously, and accurately
- Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Greet visitors, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
- Alert appropriate parties of visitor arrivals or direct visitors to offices
- Respond to routine inquiries such as location, hours, and contact information
- Book meeting rooms and manage schedules
- Type, organize and distribute mail
- Receive and send courier packages
