Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- Must successfully complete FAA mandated training
- Ability to pass background checks and security clearances
- Good physical condition to perform safety duties
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Minneapolis-Saint Paul airport base
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures preferred but not required
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety and security during flights
- Provide genuine and attentive passenger assistance and hospitality
- Manage in-flight challenges with a calm and professional demeanor
- Collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew members
- Participate in training and maintain knowledge of FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Be flexible with work schedules including day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and reserve shifts
- Uphold the airline’s standards for service recovery and customer satisfaction
