- physically able to perform manual labor including lifting up to 70 lbs
- availability to work any shift including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- pass pre-employment screening and background check
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- commitment to safety and teamwork
