Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one to two years related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
- ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
- must hold a valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A or B
- must hold a valid Medical Card as per DOT standards
- ability to work well with others
- ability to follow instructions
- may be subject to drug testing and physical examinations
- able to safely lift and carry weights up to 75 pounds
- able to climb and maintain balance on equipment
- physical ability to work in wet, humid, and cold or hot weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Duties
- Maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition
- perform pre and post-trip truck inspections
- verify compliance with concrete mix specifications after loading and at job sites
- align mixer drum under disbursement chute at plant
- drive ready mix truck to job site for unloading
- operate ready mix truck to release concrete into designated area
- clean truck after deliveries to prevent concrete hardening
- place and operate chutes to deliver product where directed
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
