Job Requirements
- Meet minimum legal age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Be available to work flexible schedules including days nights and weekends
- Perform effectively in a lively fast-paced environment with potential distractions
- Read and understand handwritten and printed orders
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods
- Walk or stand for entire scheduled shifts
- Frequently reach bend stoop and wipe down surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service laws
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude
Job Duties
- Consistently provide outstanding Guest service by delivering expertly crafted drinks food and engaging entertainment
- Keep the immediate supervisor informed of any issues or unusual occurrences taking corrective action or suggesting solutions
- Deliver prompt and efficient beverage service managing wait times and communicating with Guests Team Members and Managers
- Greet Guests with a warm and enthusiastic attitude managing job responsibilities
- Assist Guests with drink selections answering questions and providing recommendations
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area ensuring supplies are readily available
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Verify Guest identification to ensure legal age for alcohol consumption
- Monitor Guest alcohol consumption responsibly intervening when necessary
- Bid farewell to departing Guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return visits
- Inform the Manager of any dissatisfied Guests or complaints
- Adhere strictly to company policies for responsible alcohol service
- Assist in regular stocking and maintenance of bar inventory
- Clean and sanitize glassware bar tools and work surfaces regularly
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure efficient service throughout the venue
- Maintain positive cooperative working relationships with company Team Members
- Must meet minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol
