Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age or older
- Highly reliable - we operate daily in all weather
- Valid driver’s license (cannot be provisional or probationary)
- Clean motor vehicle record (no tickets, no accidents)
- Successful completion of a 4-panel drug screen
- Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Job Qualifications
- Prior professional/commercial driving experience
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy packages
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (not provisional or probationary)
Job Duties
- Safely drive a company vehicle, follow all local and state laws, road driving regulations, and company policies
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events or conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job
- work in all weather conditions
- lift packages (up to 50 lbs)
- get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Be a team player
