Job Requirements
- Must meet company internal mobility policy and residency requirements
- Be in good standing with current role performance and tenure
- Ability to lift and carry weights between 50 to 70 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend frequently during shifts

- Flexibility to work shifts between 20 and 40 hours weekly

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in physical labor or ground operations preferred
- Ability to operate machinery such as baggage tugs or belt loaders is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
- Guide incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections
- Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and inclement weather
- Safely operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas
- Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customer destinations
- Adhere to safety-conscious behaviors and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking, often in harsh weather conditions
