Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
  • Ability to wear required company-approved personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to hold airport specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
  • Consistently prioritize safety and security
  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to operate ground support equipment safely
  • Ability to pass the physical ability test (PAT)
  • Ability to wear and use required personal protective equipment
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain airport-specific credentials such as SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
  • Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
  • Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congestion areas
  • Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing to customer destinations
  • Guide incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections
  • Comply with safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
  • Participate in training and mentorship programs to advance career development
